According to urban legend, children laugh on average 300-400 times a day while adults laugh on average 15 times a day. Whether this is true or not, laughter has been shown to reduce stress hormones, release endorphins that can relieve some physical pain and also strengthen the immune system.
So go ahead, laugh outloud!
