There was a great little article on page 7 of  the Tahoe Daily Tribune today applauding the reading singing connection. The author, Jonathan Helm, is a pediatrician at Barton Pediatrics in Stateline. He states that, “Early language development is intricately linked to a child’s exposure to reading, talking, and SINGING.” Here at Little Bear Books, we couldn’t agree more! This article supports a guiding principle at Little Bear Books, that singing enhances learning. It is never too early to read and sing with your child. Check out samples of our songs and stories here. Music is also available in MP3 format. Like us on FaceBook!
