Stop by the Lake Tahoe Historical Museum! This Tahoe gem, run by the Lake Tahoe Historical Society is located at 3058 Lake Tahoe Blvd. and is open Thursday – Saturday – 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The museum is a must see showcasing Tahoe artifacts collected by volunteers since 1968. The museum also offers an Al Tahoe history self-guided walking tour. Pick up a map at the museum and go on a scavenger hunt to discover the history of the Al Tahoe neighborhood area.
The Historic Log Cabin is open on Saturdays through the summer from noon to 2:00 p.m.
